  • We will provide you with instructions and a link to a video chat from one of our RNs
  • Your delegation certified CNA will prepare supplies needed to perform the task
  • Our RN and your CNA will connect over the video chat
  • Our RN will teach and guide your delegation certified CNA to safely perform the task for your patient
